The breakfast is lovely, the staff are attentive. The location is fantastic and particularly good, next to the river where there are barges. It is very close to an extension of the main bar and all the attractions, we truly enjoyed the view of the rear.

Enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel, and we would love to return. Came here for 1 night with our husband, had a brilliant stay. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice and the free parking was on-site. The restaurant was very pleasant for dinner, we ordered appetising dishes.

Easy check-in, easy check-out. Modern design of interiors in superior double room. Continental breakfast with a wide range of good meals to choose from. Ideal location for everything I wanted to do and right by the beer garden, both the canal and river and pubs, shops and restaurants.

Excellent central location near to the rivers as well as the bar / restaurant one evening. Got the same superior queen room with a spectacular view booked online, enjoyed that.

Appreciated best and efficient staff and spacious hotel.
We had a continental breakfast which was exceptionally good. The room was well-organised and reasonably priced and it had robes and slippers, that's cool. The hotel was located in the center of the city. The venue was a lovely place for enjoying a local area.

We loved fabulous views!
It was grand old and very historic and we would stay here again. The hotel was clean with nice interior and nestled in a lovely old fashioned building. The room was well laid out, had essentials, like a jacuzzi and bath robes. The venue location was marvellous and efficient central to everything in around here.

The hotel's location was magnificent, next to the restaurant both for dinner, the centre of the window totally uncovered and the numerous pubs and restaurants. Sometimes it was icy cold outside, so we went to Hing Wah, had some food there.
Shame the bathroom was a bit tired.

I greatly enjoyed it. All in all everything was modern, had a really enjoyable stay for 2 nights. The restaurant was lovely which is equally charming and serves great food, I tried delicious dishes. The best part was the marvellous view of the rear. The location was central and close to a main street and a cathedral. It was good to be 1 km away from Turquaz, serving short-orders.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

This place is in a wonderful location, right by the bar/restaurant, town center, and all the visitor attractions, making it very convenient. The breakfast is generous and absolutely fantastic, with a great selection of non-cooked and tasty ingredients. The service is excellent.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Tewkesbury on the High Street, making it convenient for exploring all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the town center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with a warm greeting upon arrival and going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with ample space and all the basic amenities we needed. We were particularly pleased with our room overlooking the river, offering a lovely view in a quiet location. The free car parking at the rear of the building was an added bonus. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and great value for money. The only improvement I would suggest is including cereal as part of the breakfast options.
